Not sure if this is 100% legit, but if it is this is an amazing offer. I love Shutterfly and I love their cards. Whether it's stationary cards, small 4x6 folded cards or Christmas cards--I can't get enough of them! So I am hoping that this offer is not a hoax, scam or is fake. I truly hope it is legit!

Is it that time of year….amazingly it is! It is time to for me [as well as other photographers] to start gathering Christmas card templates. I have been browsing sites/stores to see which card templates they have that reflect my style, as well as my clients. Photographer Café has an amazing blog- -if you have never visited it, you must! They have a lot of wonderful tips, products and it is an overall cool site. 4 the Love of Focus is featuring their Christmas cards on their site today and I must tell you, I would LOVE to snag these beautiful cards. They are amazingly beautiful. From fun Peace themed cards to whimsical styled cards to a more vintage style cards I am in awe. You too can have a chance to go over and win as well. If you have never visited 4 the Love of Focus you MUST! I absolutely love their blog-site. Great tips, advice, giveaways and for those who are looking for a photographer they help with that as well. Fall always inspires me. The colors of the leaves and the beauty of everything changing is amazing. I have had the opportunity to work with some great individuals and I cannot wait to get the chance to upload some of those photos. Life of course has been and will always be busy...it would not be life if it were not. I am thankful for so much but I am thankful for my clients, friends & family. I want to take the time to thank one person in particular, my very dear friend Jennifer Erickson. She has been my rock through my photography ups and downs and I appreciate her more than she will ever know. Continue to make beautiful work Jen and thank you for always inspiring me. I hope to work with you again in the future! The link to her blog/site is on the right. Alas, here is a photo of Emily, a blog post will follow! She's an amazing young woman...I know she will do great things in life.

I proudly present to you, Mr. & Mrs. Mark Hapka...or as I like to say Amber & Mark Hapka! These two were married in the presence of God, family and friends at First United Methodist Church in the Founder's Chapel in Grapevine, Texas on Saturday, August 15, 2009. It was a beautiful ceremony and Amber and Mark both looked radiant [as did the bridal party]. It was hard but I held back the tears as much as I could...as well as Sara! I wish these two a lifetime of love, happiness, good health, prosperity and SO much more. I am truly honored to have been a part of your special day and to have witnessed your union. I love you both. By the way...the reception was AWESOME!

Today Alex celebrated his 3rd birthday with a bull shaped cake and a rodeo fit for a cowboy or cowgirl. He even had a rodeo clown. The kids had a great time and I must say that it was a wonderful afternoon. The weather cooperated with us and I had a great time being behind the lens. Katriana [with the assistance of Brenda & Julie] did a wonderful [AWESOME] job on the cake. It turned out great. Katriana is an awesome, creative individual. You can find the link to her blog to the right. I think she may have a knack for novelty cakes! ;-)~ Alex was the cutest little cowboy! It is amazing watching this little guy grow up. Thank you guys for allowing me to share these moments with you; it means a lot.

I love this time of year...Fall. It is just beautiful outside right now. The light and how it hits the leaves and trees and all of their unique colors is beautiful. I hope everyone is enjoying Fall thus far. Winter will be here before you know it.
